Samantha helped me develop a maintenance and upgrade plan for my duplexes to attract the best tenants and maximise rental return. To top it off, the team went ahead and implemented the plan for me.
Samantha went out of her way to investigate council requirements for implementing separate water meters. She didn't simply do an internet search, she contacted council and plumbers multiple times, arranged quotes and advised me what was possible.
Upon doing a tenant outbound report, they noticed some scuff marks on a couple of walls. Rather than getting a handyman to touch them up, they went ahead and did it themselves.
