Moving In

Before you move in, we’ll complete a detailed entry condition report with photos to document the property’s condition. You’ll be given the opportunity to review and return the report, so expectations are clear from day one.

Maintenance Requests

We ask that all maintenance requests be submitted in writing through the portal. This ensures we have a clear record and can act quickly. Most non urgent issues are addressed within 7 days, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. For urgent or after hours issues, our emergency contacts are available in your welcome pack or general tenancy agreement.

Routine Inspection’s

Routine inspections are carried out every 3-4 months. These help us monitor the condition of the property and give you the opportunity to raise any issues. You’ll always receive notice in advance, and we respect your time and space during every visit.

Vacating

When it’s time to move on, we’ll guide you through the vacate process step-by-step. You’ll receive a checklist, bond cleaning guidance, and your final inspection will be based on the original entry condition report — ensuring a fair outcome.

Lease Renewals

We’ll contact you well in advance of your lease expiry to discuss renewal options. If both parties are happy, we’ll issue a new fixed term agreement. If you’re planning to vacate, we ask that you provide the required notice so we can coordinate advertising and inspections.
